These are the terms and conditions (“Sale terms”) that apply when you purchase products (“merchandise”) from the Website. If you place and order for merchandise and at least one of the following situations applies to you, then you are confirming your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Sale Terms: (1) you placed an order via our Website (desktop or mobile) or you placed an order via the telephone. For the remainder of these Sale Terms, any order that matches at least one of situations (i) through (iv) listed previously may be referred to as an order that was purchased from the Ritos Del Sol “Website.”
Due to the fact that these Sale terms are subject to change at any moment, please review and then save a copy of these Sale Terms for your personal records prior to your placement of each order. If you have questions in regards to these Sale terms and/or any aspect of your order, then please contact the Customer Service Department.
Order and Acceptance
Each part of an order that you submit constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise. If you have placed your order through our Website, then, after we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (usually in minutes). If you do not receive and email confirming receipt of an order that you placed, the please contact the Customer Service Department before you attempt to place another order for the same merchandise. Please note that confirmation of receipt of your order does not equate to acceptance of your order.
We are not deemed to have accepted any part of your order until the requested merchandise has been shipped and we have send a Shipment Confirmation Email.
Error(s) in Billing, Payment, and/or Shipping Information
Some orders cannot be processed due to erroneous information that you have provided, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, and/or security value.
- Other incorrect information regarding payment types.
- Incorrect billing information (e.g. when you provide billing information that is inconsistent with the billing information that your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address (e.g. street address, city, state, zip or postal code, etc.)
- Suspected fraudulent information.
Delayed Shipment or Unavailability of Merchandise
If an item of merchandise is delayed becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on the Website pertaining to the order (e.g. an error pertaining to the price and/or description of merchandise), then we may cancel the order. If this occurs, we will contact you so that you are aware of the situation.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
We may vary the price of our merchandise at any time. After we have accepted an order, we will not alter the price (except for merchandise that is eligible for a price adjustment).
Orders That Will Be Shipped to the US – If you have ordered merchandise via the Ritos Del Sol Website and we have reduced the price of any item of merchandise (of the same color and size) in your order, then we will be happy to process a price adjustment for you. Please note that you may only do so within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you had placed your order. Ritos Del Sol offers price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the original price. Each item that you purchase from us is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. In order to request a price adjustment, please contact the Customer Service Department. Please remember to include your order number and other details regarding the merchandise that you believe to be eligible for a price adjustment.
Payments by Credit Card
When you pay for an order using a credit card, we reserve the right to request additional evidence of your billing information. Please note that all payments with a debit card will be processed in the form of credit.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and Handling costs on orders less than $150 will be calculated via our freight calculator on our website and will consider freight method, zip code, number of garments and weight.
- Allow 7-9 days for standard delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or Exchange any item within 30 days from ship date for a full refund
- Refunds will be via the original method payment. Allow up to 2 weeks to process the credit
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on items returned after 30 days from ship date
- If returns are attempted on items after 30 days from ship date the items will be returned to you
- Please return your items in the original packaging to include all hangtag identification
- Insure your returned shipment and use a service whereby you can track delivery
- The taxes you paid on the original purchase will also be credited

Information Collected Online
1. General Browsing
We collect general information about our visitors’ experience with our Websites and this general information is not connected to personally identifiable information about individual visitors. The information collected includes which pages our visitors are viewing on our Websites and whether visitors arrived through a link for our Websites. It also includes information on the type of browser and service provider used. All of this information helps us provide a better experience for our visitors by being able to determine such things as how to best format our mobile Websites for various devices, our most designed pages, products and features, how to best direct visitors to our Websites, and where there might be browser or service provider connection issues.

If you do not consent to provide or disable location-based services, we may ask you to manually select the region where you are located, or to enter your zip code; if you chose not to provide this information some features of the Websites may not be available. 3. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
Ritos Del Sol collects personally identifiable information from you when you provide us with this information, either by filling out all or a portion of a form, or competing the form by submitting it. You can provide us this personally identifiable information in many instances throughout our Websites., registering to participate in a promotion; emailing an item, post card or wish list; adding a message in the gift wrap section or on an E-Gift Card; entering a contest or sweepstakes; requesting an opportunity to model for us; taking a survey; contacting us with a comment or question; signing up to receive emails or text messages about our products and services; requesting to receive investor alerts; or applying for a job online. While not personally identifiable information by itself we also collect and retain the following and associates it with your personally identifiable information; your IP address, your interactions with our Websites, your actions in response to our communications to you, and the purchases you make.
Categories of personally identifiable information collected online include name, address, gender, month and day of birth, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, payment card information, recipient’s name, address and email address, modeling information (including name, size stats, work information, and contact information), use of our Websites tied to one of these categories and other information you choose to provide, including through your personal social media accounts, as described below.
4. Personal Information You Allow Us to Collect from Your Social Media Accounts
To create an account on our Websites or to participate in certain features, our Websites may allow you to choose to let us access information from accounts you have created on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other similar sites (“Personal Social Media Accounts”). If you choose to allow us access to your Personal Social Media Accounts, we could collect some, and possible all, of the data in the Personal Social Media Account to which you grant access. Depending on the terms of the social media site, this information could include: your name, email address, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, birthday, likes, education history, work history, current city, hometown, interests, relationship status, and location. Once you grant this permission we will be able to continue to be linked to the permitted Personal Social Media Account and collect information without a further request for permission, which could include later revisions to existing information or new types of information that you add. If you no longer want your Personal Social Media Account(s) linked to our Websites, click on the ‘disconnect’ link located on our Websites near the corresponding social media button and we will stop collecting this information. You may also be able to stop our ability to link to information in your Personal Social Media Account by following instructions provided on the applicable social media sites.
Our Websites use, and our third party service providers may also use Pixel Tags (also known as Web beacons, Web bugs, and Clear GIF’s) on Websites and in emails. A Pixel Tag is a nearly invisible pixel-sized graphic image on a Webpage or email message. Pixel Tags may be used to collect the same information about your visit that is collected through cookies, as noted above. We may also collect information about a search engine used, and a search engine advertisement clicked to navigate to the Websites. Pixel Tags in emails help us confirm the receipt of, and response to, our emails (including your interaction with our Websites as a result of receiving the email) and the time our email is viewed. Collection of Location Information
Mobile Device Location Information Through Our Mobile Websites: Your mobile device may allow you to disable location-based services on your device, which will prevent our websites from accessing your mobile device location information. For specific questions regarding disabling your device’s location services, we recommend that you review the specific instructions provided for your mobile device. Note that some features on our Websites, such as check=in, may not be available if you disable location based services.
Desktop Device Location Information through Website Features: Your desktop web browser may allow you to remove permission you granted through your desktop device for our Websites to access your location information and/or completely block requests for location information. Location Information Through Emails: Your email program may allow you to prevent the images in the emails you receive from us from downloading, which will also prevent our service provider from accessing your location information. You can also unsubscribe from receiving our emails, as described in the “Email” section below.
Notifications and Access to Data on Your Mobile Device
If you have provided consent and no longer wish to receive Notifications, or no longer want us to access the specific information on your device (e.g., photos, etc.) for which you previously gave consent, you will need to adjust the settings on your mobile device. Please note, the process for changing settings on your mobile device may vary; to learn how to change these settings refer to the specific instructions provided for your mobile device.
You can choose the frequency at which you receive marketing emails or unsubscribe if you no longer want to receive marketing emails from Ritos Del Sol or our affiliated companies. To unsubscribe go to the unsubscribe page, if you have created an account go to the email and phone page within the “My Info” section of the Websites, click on “manage your marketing preferences”, and select the option to no longer receive emails in the dropdown menus for each brand, and press ‘SUBMIT.’ Please be aware, however, even if you request to limit the frequency you can receive marketing emails or to be removed from our email marketing list, you may still receive email confirmations for any orders placed on our Websites.
Marketing Text Messages: If you have signed up to receive text messages from Ritos Del Sol, but no longer wish to receive these mobile messages, simply follow the opt-out instructions included in each mobile message.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing materials from Ritos Del Sol regular postal mail, please email us and tell us in your comments that you want to be removed from the mailing list, including the postal address you wish to have removed.
